Doremisoft Video to JPG Converter 1.0 is an easy-to-use conversion tool that allows you to take snapshots of your video files. Absolute rubbish, was not compatible with VOBMKV and some AVI files, was skipping in playback, and wouldn't allow me to drag the bar to the point I wanted until the video had played that far, screen was also tiny, about to uninstall.

Quick download, no bloatware, easy to use, worked perfectly for two videos that were intended to be shot as jpeg images in the first place.
I would give it more stars if I could.
